There are video noises on my VGA screen and the text is not clear, how can I fix that?
You can use the PHASE adjustment found in the OSD Menu. If that still doesn?t work, the noise might have came from your power source. You might want to install a noise filter to clean up the power source going into your monitor.

Touch Screen Calibration mode may be can not collect. When I touch down using a touch pen, the cursor is moving to left distance. And I touch up, the cursor is moving to right. So in this way, I can not touch the Mark for calibration in calibration software. Please teach me.
Please install the drive disk firstly, enter into the software named Touch kit. Then you can calibrate by the instruction step by step. Thanks.

When we use Touch panel, there are waves in the LCD in same time. Why?
Because the base board in touch screen is hard, but the electric film on its surface is soft. There will be a dent on the film when you touch it, which will appear waves on the panel.
