Overview

i.MX53 series solution for mobile data terminal is especially designed for intelligent transportation like fleet management system. The i.MX53 family of processors represents our next generation of advanced multimedia and power-efficient implementation of the ARM® Cortex™-A8 core.This solution integrates a variety of wireless communication modules such as WIFI, Bluetooth, 3G cellular and GPS. The final products may integrate a pigtail cable more extended data communications, such as RS232, RS422, RS485, RJ45, USB, CANBUS, GPIO etc. It works with windows CE 7.0 system, and we provide BSP support for it.
